MU Online is a free-to-play medieval fantasy MMORPG from Webzen. MU Legend is the highly-anticipated action MMO and the follow-up to MU Online. The former is an action MMORPG with a focus on dungeon running, combat-centric events, prize challenges, and fast-paced combat while the latter features fluid and impactful hack n' slash combat, content that caters to both solo and party play.

MU Legend features unparalleled gameplay that not only caters to the millions of MU fans from the past decade, but is also easy for newcomers to pick up and enjoy. It's a completely new game, unfortunately. Mmorpg-style fetch/kill quests, spending most of your time in the game going from camp to camp and listening to NPCs saying things you couldn't care less about.

Loot in MU Legend is very different from MU Online where you could use jewel of Bless and Soul as currency. You are not able to trade Bless in Mu Legend. Same goes for Lochs Feather. Item drops are also reworked to look like your everyday mmo. white trash items, green magical items, teal or blue is rare items. and orange for heroic items. 

Clearing zones with camps and npc's giving you the same quests to kill those mobs, and talk to that guy in MU Legend. Dungeons are whats keeping Legend interesting. If you play on the hardest difficulty, the last boss is actually pretty tough to kill.
